Double-hand Poker is a cutting-edge game with old origins. Based on the old Chinese tile game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the far east with the western in a wonderful game for starting gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the gambler versus the house, unlike most other poker games that gamblers bet against other gamblers. By gambling against the dealer, beginner players do not need to be concerned about other, more advanced people winning their moolla.

A further Pai Gow benefit is the generally leisurely game play, newcomers will be able to take their time and strategize while not needing to make frenzied decisions.

It is also much simpler to enjoy for an extended time with basically a tiny amount of money after all, to lose, both of your hands must be lower than both of the dealer's hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the normal 52-card common deck and one joker. The player is dealt seven cards face up and the dealer gets 7 cards faces hidden.

A 5 card hand and a 2 card hand have to be put together from the 7 cards, the five card hand has to be better than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be better than the dealer's.
