Pai Gow Poker is a current game with ancient origins. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the east with the wild west in an awesome game for beginner level gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player against the croupier, not like the majority of other poker games that players wager with other gamblers. By competing against the dealer, beginning players don't have to worry about any other, more experienced players taking their $$$$.

One more Pai Gow advantage is the relatively leisurely game pace, beginners should be able to take their time and scheme without having to make quick selections.

It is also simpler to bet on for an extended time with only a tiny bit of money seeing as, to lose, each of your hands must be lower than each of the casino's hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The gambler is assigned 7 cards faces showing and the casino is given 7 cards faces hidden.

A five card hand and a two card hand have to be made from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be better than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be better than the casino's.
